Almost out of Bertman's

This is IMHO the best mustard in the world. I went to the mustard museum in Wisconsin and brought some back, along with a bunch of other kinds of mustard. I bought friends of mine a half of a case of this stuff.

I lived in Germany for 4 years in the early 70's, and they have this ubiquitous brown mustard everywhere -- it's not Gulden's, it's not Grey Poupon -- it has a pronounced kick of horseradish and god knows what else. I love it.

Bertman's is a sort of toned down version, a bit milder but thus much more flexible. Harris Teeter used to carry it, but they stopped, and I don't know where else to get it. But....I'm going to Wisconsin next week.
