Students lean to the left more when in college

This AP report is lean on data, but points to reason that students move to the left -- unsurprisingly -- it is from their peers, not from Faculty.

So -- what the hell happens after these students leave school?

And -- what the hell is going on with Palin? She went to a bunch of schools and it didn't help one iota.
